About Elizabeth Fishman

Liz moved to the North Metro-Atlanta area from northern New Jersey. She had previously worked in the Title insurance industry, where she learned much about the loan process though her close interaction with lenders. She then worked as a real estate closing assistant where she became familiar with contracts and the closing process.

For the next 8 years she worked with vendors and customers at a computer company. A significant part of her job was discussion and negotiation with vendors about cost and terms of service. As a result of her experience reaching win/win agreements, and her appreciation for superior customer service, real estate seemed a natural fit. Her goal is to make the process of finding and purchasing a home an efficient and enjoyable one.

Due to her knowledge and her resources, she can ensure that a thoughtful and well informed decision be made when choosing a home. Because of the many homes to choose from, it is important that all factors be considered, such as location, cost, style, size and nearby facilities. Her mission isn't just to "sell" a home, but to find the best home for you. After all, she's not here to convince you to purchase a home, but rather, to assist with the optimum selection for you. To do so requires persistence. She is ready to evaluate the available homes that best match your needs and desires. Keeping you informed about market trends and property values with a realistic outlook is her priority, allowing you to make decisions that are best for you and your family. Her strong commitment and moral compass, along with her positive mindset allows her to feel like a personal success each and every day that she can serve her clients' needs.
