I can't say enough about Elizabeth's professionalism, true caring nature, and extensive knowledge/connections. She brings all these qualities to the table for her clients, not just in the real estate transaction, but in the transition to their new home/community. I purchased a home from Elizabeth in 2018. I had met with other realtors but picked Elizabeth as my realtor because she answered her phone every time I called even on a Sunday morning. Being from out of state I travelled to the Keys several times on short notice and Elizabeth always managed to arrange showings of homes I might be interested in. That was a good indication of the level of commitment Elizabeth has to service. Throughout the home buying process, Elizabeth was extremely responsive and thoughtful in her recommendations to us. Elizabeth is the most service-oriented realtor I have worked with. She even went so far as to check on the house for us after the sale when we were unable to do so ourselves. Elizabeth doesn't forget you once the deal is done. I have called Elizabeth for recommendations of Tax lawyers, handymen, and dock construction, among other professionals. She has always come through with excellent, timely recommendations. All the people I have interacted with have such glowing things to say about her as well. Elizabeth sold our dock in the keys and we couldn't be more impressed with her service. She quickly listed it and worked to find a qualified buyer at our asking price. There were some specifics to the sale that required her to address some issues, which she did impeccably and promptly. She communicated swiftly and provided us with all the information we needed to complete the sale. I couldn't recommend Elizabeth more if you are looking for a realtor in the keys.

Responsive and maintained constant communication. She persistently helped handle an issue which could have prevented a sale. Very organized and quickly provided all required and requested documents and disclosures. Coordinated closing with all parties which led to a very fast closing. We enjoyed working with her.

Elizabeth definitely knows the Keys! She helped us look at properties from Marathon all the way down to Key West. Her local knowledge helped us quickly pin down the best location for our needs. In addition, since we were located in Ohio, she did a great job communicating and sent us everything for review remotely so that we could make the best of our time when we visited in person. After our in person visit, we made our offer and were able to close within a few weeks! I highly recommend Elizabeth!

We currently reside in Delaware and recently purchased a condo in Marathon thanks to Elizabeth. We originally had a contract on a piece of property that Elizabeth worked diligently on helping us. The process got very complex we had a zillion questions for Elizabeth and she always had answers and was on top of everything. We finally decided against the property. I knew Elizabeth had our best interests at heart especially when I asked her if she thought the property was a bit much and she agreed, that told me commission was not her first priority. Our search started over and she gave us a lot of options and time. My husband is an attorney and had many, many questions thru our whole buying experience and Elizabeth never tired of his countless emails. She was amazing and never let a ball drop. On top of Elizabeth being the best realtor I have ever hired, we became friends over this long search. I flew down from Delaware for a few days and she took me all over looking at many options, always having a smile, a laugh and a positive attitude.
