About Elizabeth Landy

I'm excited to help you find a home in a great town where you will make lifelong friends, build lasting memories, and enjoy your life with loved ones. From the beginning, I take the time to listen to and understand your wants and needs and from there, we embark on the search together. I work tirelessly to preview homes that fit your criteria on paper, and eliminate those that don't make the cut. With my expert knowledge of the local market, we will concentrate your search in neighborhoods fitting your criteria. Once you find your dream home, I guide you from the bidding process to contract phase, negotiate expertly on your behalf through inspections, and take you all the way to the closing table. My job is to "hold your hand" through this process, ensure nothing falls through the cracks, and make sure you're buying the best home for you at a good value.

Long before I became a real estate agent, I became an expert at moving, having moved nine times across the country before settling in Morris County. I know firsthand the emotions you go through when buying a home and can get you through the tough times in a transaction.

If you're thinking of selling your home, please read the reviews here on Zillow from my sellers, and then let's get together and talk about your motivation to move, timeline, and the market conditions. Having watched the market and studied trends for the past 13 years, my pricing and marketing strategy has proven successful, and sellers are happy when their homes sell for the highest price the buyers are willing to pay in the shortest amount of time.

My family has been here since 1998 and love it. We have raised our three children here, put them through top-rated public schools, and all three are out of college and employed! Phew! This is a great area to live with access to NYC, international airports and highways that take you in any direction. The small-town feel along the train line towns makes you feel like you've stepped back in time...we often call it "Mayberry".
I look forward to helping you find the perfect home in your ideal community or helping you sell your home for the highest price the market will bear today.

For decades, the world of finance was an oblique, inaccessible sphere that only those with the proper education and preparation could hope to break into. Hedge funds and investment firms reigned supreme, firmly holding a monopoly on everything even tangentially related to the industry of making money by spending money.  This was an era defined by elitist financial ...
