About Elizabeth Partida

With a demeanor that wows her clients, Elizabeth Partida, is passionate about Real Estate. She is driven to help others succeed, and acknowledges an emotional experience during each home sale, especially for first-time buyers.
Working as a dental assistant for five years as a way to help support her family, Elizabeth realized that a career in dental hygiene did not offer the flexibility she needed. Since she enjoyed open house tours, learning about architecture and design, and helping people in a myriad of ways, Elizabeth realized her passion for the Real Estate industry. She received her license in 2004 and began working with the Keller Williams brokerage in 2005.
Elizabeth – honest, reliable, and savvy about all things Real Estate, was raised in the Tri-Valley area. By calling the Bay Area her home, she is an expert in an array of nuances that will be of interest to her clients, as well as what is fundamental to their home-buying or selling process.
Elizabeth has a true give-back attitude. She volunteers on Red Day, a volunteer day that happens annually, in May. Red Day was the genius of Keller Williams Realty, inviting Real Estate professionals to offer their volunteer efforts in their communities. Elizabeth has helped to clean up marinas, pack boxes for the military and offer her support throughout her community of Brentwood.
As a seasoned Realtor, Elizabeth, who works diligently for her clients, knows the art of negotiation to ensure the very best price. She works tirelessly with other agents, mortgage, title, escrow and other involved agents to bring a happy ending.
The compassionate side of Elizabeth shines through when her clients sign their contracts. She is known for hand-holding during doc signing, and when inspections are due. She is the Realtor who helps families with loan modifications, and make decisions about short-sales, or purchases of banked-owned properties. She is also the Realtor and friend who bursts with excitement when she hands over the keys to her clients for their new home.
Elizabeth enjoys working out. Good health is important to her, as well as maintaining a balanced, and grounded life. She also enjoys hiking on Mt. Diablo, boating on Lake Tahoe, biking on Bay Area trails, and being out in nature or on the ocean. She has discovered that nature brings tranquility to her active lifestyle.
