About Elizabeth Shepard

I grew up as an Air Force daughter, and my father taught me that making un-informed decisions can lead to disasters. I strive to be the best at what I do and to work for only the best at what they do. My promise is to make the process of selling or buying your home a pleasant one and to provide you with as much information as I possibly can.

I have lived in Fredericksburg for about 12 years and have worked in Real Estate since 2005. I have spent those years perfecting the many facets of the real estate business including marketing, closing, assisting agents, commercial real estate and property management, and more. Also, I have provided many different companies with residential and commercial: BPO’s, SIR’s, Occupancy Checks, Price Bids, etc.

I love to work the different areas of real estate, and my specialty is working with Investors. I utilize this unique skill to be able to pinpoint definite market values of homes that are for sale and to help a potential home seller see what their property is worth in the current state that it is in.

Whether you are looking to make a first time home purchase or to invest in real estate, I pride myself on knowing the neighborhoods in the Greater Fredericksburg Area and Colonial Beach to provide you with information on them, as well as my input to help you make an informed decision.
