About Elizabeth Willingham Broker in Charge

Elizabeth is the owner/Broker in Charge of Agape Real Estate Solutions LLC. She has worked for over two decades in the Real Estate industry. She has served a wide spectrum of clients over the years, but her love for providing the best possible transaction experience is still strong. She opened ARES in January 2009, around the time the Real Estate industry collapsed. Elizabeth’s passion for educating Home Sellers and Buyers concerning the real estate process is driven by witnessing the industry fall-out of 2008-09. This led to hard-working families losing their homes to foreclosures due to sub-prime lending practices.

We're thanking God for many awesome years of serving our clients. We were able to assist clients overcome down payment concerns, (even reloclating home buyers earning up to $101,000.00 per yr.)  credit repair issues using our Credit Repair Rebate Program, negotiations concerning the real estate contracts while making sure to keep our clients at the helm, and much more. We even helped small business owners and/or 1099 independent contractors with their special financing needs to purchase a home or purchase a store front. We're giving back to the community via HOUSETALK101 every Saturday morning at 9am on The New Rejoice 96.9 FM. However we still have time and the energy to serve you and your friends! Thank  you in advance for choosing Agape to serve your Real Estate needs because we work hard to bring Solutions. Solutions which lead to you selling your current home then buying your dream home or buying your first home even with using a HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER! Or buying your Storefront for your business. Agape Real Estate Solutions is here to serve you!

She graduated from Limestone College with an AS in Business Administration in 2015. She holds the GRI, e-Pro, and At Home with Diversity industry designations.

Elizabeth continues to build her industry knowledge by attending State of South Carolina Realtors conferences and local Broker update meetings. She has grown the company to five Realtors with room for five more.

God moved her to start HOUSETALK 101, a radio show that is a FREE Real Estate Q&A platform, and shares the love of God via the Bread of Life Moment. The listeners can call in and get their real estate related questions answered with no strings attached. Please join her on Saturday morning 9:00 a.m.- 9:30 a.m. via The New Rejoice 96.9 FM or you can listen to the podcasts from this site.
