Elsie Benitez is a Sales Associate at Premier Sotheby's International Realty's Southwest Orlando office. Born in Brooklyn and raised between New York and Puerto Rico, Elsie graduated from University of Puerto Rico with a B.A.  in Business with a concentration in Education.  After working for the United Nations in New York for two years, she became an entrepreneur. One of Elsie's most significant accomplishments was the launch of a technical school, Caguas Central College in Puerto Rico, which she founded and owned with between 1991 and 2005. She is still a member of the Puerto Rico Department of Education. The school was accredited with ACCSCT and the U.S. Department of Education.  Elsie sold Caguas Central College and then founded Professional Career Training,  in which she is still actively involved as Vice President.  She is a certified Negotiation Expert. Elsie moved to Orlando in 2006 after sale of her first school and became a licensed Florida REALTOR®.  She has vast knowledge of the housing market, especially in the Greater Orlando and Dr. Phillips/Windermere areas. She has top-notch negotiating skills acquired through her long history of entrepreneurial experience in owning and selling businesses. Elsie will fully understand her clients' needs, respond to them promptly, professionally and with integrity and provide exemplary personal service that exceeds their expectations. A mother of three,  Elsie enjoys family and leisure time, taking barre lessons, kayaking, horseback riding, fishing, baseball, traveling, reading and coaching.  She is a member of First Baptist Church of Orlando and the National Association of Professional Women.
