Eric was a tremendous help with both the buying and selling of my home. It was a difficult process, and I was very impressed and surprised that as the owner/broker of the company, he was always available; especially since this was an entry level property.

I would tell everyone to call Eric. He was a guy went above and beyond for me. Very accommodating to all of my needs, he would show me houses anytime I needed. Worked hard for me to get just what I was looking for. He was able to provide me with all the things I needed to buy my new home. At the end of all this hard work I believe that he is a friend! He is a good man to work with.

I originally chose Eric randomly while searching for a property on the internet. I had just had a bad experience with a realtor from a different company. My previous realtor was pushy, short, impatient, and pretty much said anything to push me into a place that wasn't right for me or my family just to make a quick deal. Eric contacted me back almost immediately after leaving a message with him. I met Eric the next day at a property I wanted to see. To my surprise Eric had printed up many more properties similar to the one we were looking at. Eric offered his assistance without being pushy or impatient. I was indecisive at the time but Eric helped me get a clear understanding of what the realities were with different types of homes. Each home we looked at Eric pointed out opportunities as well as positive points. Eric did not just try to sell me on a quick deal. I felt Eric was genuinely interested in me being happy with my decision. I ended up finding a fantastic deal in a great neighborhood thanks to Eric. As if this wasn't enough Eric provided me with many referrals of people he knows and trusts that treated me with the same dignity and respect Eric did. I have been through this process several times with other agents in the past. It is an injustice to even refer to Eric as just a buyer's agent or listing agent. Eric is a master at his profession, has an enormous amount of trustworthy resources and is a SUPER POWER PLAYER in this industry. I never expected to receive this level of service and can't believe how above and beyond Eric has gone to accomodate my specific needs. I would never consider referring anyone to another agent other than Eric Aronson, and look forward to working with him again in the future!!!!

I used him, and he is not a good realtor. I was disappointed at the way he handled my settlement. I would not recommend his realty company. He only cares about his commission

Having bought our first home in 2010 we already had experience with many different realtors and thought ourselves lucky with the individual we had used previously. To say Eric went above and beyond anything we previously experienced would be a gross understatement. We changed our mind on the area, price ranges, type of home, size of home etc. a few times. Eric was with us through the entire process from start to finish, was never pushy, and provided (key point here) HONEST feedback on any question or concern we may have had. Lights out the best realtor we have ever dealt with and plan on using him again in the future for all of our real estate needs. We have already recommended him to some friends and can't wait to move into our new home!

Eric is hands down the best broker / owner I've ever met. He handled the end-to-end process with extreme care and consideration. My father passed and we needed to move fast for my mom's sake, and Eric made the process seamless for me and my family. If given the opportunity, you should work with Eric. He is GREAT at what he does.

Eric helped us purchase our first home. Eric was very patient and guided us throughout the whole process from the initial visit to closing. He always promptly answered questions and went out of his way to meet us outside of normal working hours. We are very satisfied with our experience working with him and would recommend him to others.
