Eric is the only realtor I would think of using. When we were selling our house he marketed it hard, and showed it frequently. He always gave us plenty of notice when he wanted to show it as well. The end result was a quick sell for exactly price we were looking for.When looking for a new house Eric really went the extra mile. He didn't try and push us into something we didn't want, or show us houses over our budget. When we would go to Open Houses and see something we were interested in, we could call him and he would show up to advise and negotiate if needed. Ultimately we found the perfect house at less than we planned to spend.I don't plan on being in the market anytime soon, but if I was, Eric would be my man. I refer him to anyone I know in the market for property.

Eric worked with us to find a home for our daughter and was great to work with. We were on a short schedule from out of town and Eric set us up to see a number of offerings. Eric quickly assessed our likes and dislikes. He was extremely knowledgeable of the Nashville market and very helpful showing us the area and layout of the area we concentrated on. Eric made recommendations and suggestions during the negotiation process for the house we kept coming back to. Eric was helpful with aspects of the closing, since we were from a different state. I would highly recommend Eric as a realtor and he has a great personality to go with it. I has been a pleasure working with Eric.

Eric helped my husband and me find our first home. We didn't know what we were doing and he was very knowledgeable and able to help us through the entire process. If we end up moving Eric is definitely who we will turn to for help.

Eric made a stressful move as easy as it could be. He had so much patience and drove us all over Williamson County for 3 weekends. He kept us updated on all new listings and was very quick to reply to text and email. Did I mention he helped us unload our moving truck bc we didn't know anyone in Tennessee!!! I would recommend Eric to anyone!!
