Eric was always there, nearly at a moments notice, to answer questions as I looked for a new home. Eric provided superior service during our home search. This was our first investment property, and we had many questions and doubts. However, Eric created trust and always looked out for our best interests. Some of the properties we viewed were in rough shape and while we were unprepared and didn’t bring flashlights, Eric brought one and was not afraid to get dirty and look for defects. When we found the right house, there were multiple offers and we had a tough negotiation process. Eric negotiated skillfully and got us the house for the right price. To this day, Eric still is helping us with anything we need to get our property rented. We highly recommend Eric because he truly puts his client first.

Eric stays focused on the task. He sold our home to difficult buyers in spite of the pandemic. I have never worked with someone as goal oriented and willing to get their hands dirty as Eric. Closing took several months, but Eric’s skill gave us a fantastic result. He pitched in to help prepare the property for viewing. He found buyers for tools and equipment. He coordinated building code work we needed to close on the sale. On top of all of that he is a genuinely nice guy, easy to talk to, loyal, and honest. He is the go-to realtor who doesn’t disappoint.
