Eric provided superior service during our home search. This was our first investment property, and we had many questions and doubts. However, Eric created trust and always looked out for our best interests. Some of the properties we viewed were in rough shape and while we were unprepared and didn’t bring flashlights, Eric brought one and was not afraid to get dirty and look for defects.
