Erik is incredibly knowledgeable about & well-connected in the CT market. Moreso than most professionals I know, he's a hustler and will work to ensure that things get done on time with a smile and handshake. My phone never rang more than once. My texts never went unanswered. My emails never went unread. Appointments were made the day of or the next. Especially for first-time home buyers, he's one of the few people who will help you understand each step of what would otherwise be a very convoluted, frustrating process.

I cannot begin to say how wonderful our experience with Erik was. From the beginning of our experience, he was patient and upfront with us. He priced our house just right and we had multiple offers within 2 days of listing. Erik also helped us find our new home and took as much time as we needed to answer all of our questions and ensure that we were choosing the right home for us. Erik was great to work with. He was quick to respond to my questions and always willing to accommodate my schedule. When things were moving slowly with the process he worked with the buyers agent to get the deal closed. I would highly recommend Erik and would definitely work with him again.

We stumbled upon Erik while searching for a home on our own, just surfing the web, not wasting time and going to houses unless we were absolutely sure it had most of what we were looking for. Erik always came across as super professional and attentive. We were a little concerned because his client was located overseas, so we figured that the communication would be slow paced. Well, we were wrong. Any and every time we had a concern/question, which was rare, Erik reached out to his client and was able to get us an answer rather quickly. The entire process from beginning to end was super seamless. We will absolutely be referring anyone we know who needs a realtor to Erik.
