Ermelinda really did a great job in selling me my new home. I was very eager to move, and she understood that and took things very seriously. She always had a list of places for me to see and any time I saw a house online I wanted to go see, she would get me in *same day! If you’re searching for a home, you understand that means a lot. She is positivly sweet, kind, completely understanding and is bilingual!!... which was very helpful. Never pushy and always helping you understand. I was a first time homebuyer, and she answered *all of my questions… Even the ones I didn’t know I should be asking (smart!). : ) Honestly, I truly recommend Ermelinda representing you and looking for your new home. Ermelinda did an outstanding job in helping us find our dream home! she went above and beyond to help us with viewings especially as we lived far from the area we were moving to. Ermelinda shared very honest and objective advice especially when it came to negotiating our sale price and working through our inspection. We really appreciated her perseverance throughput the process and invaluable knowledge of the area we were moving to. Ermelinda went above and beyond when working with my wife and I. We initially started our house search back in 2019, and then COVID hit. She was very patient with us throughout the pandemic and even provided information and listings while the whole world was shut down. We immediately picked up back in 2022 and she had been there with us every step of the way. We officially closed on a house in December thanks to her help! She comes highly recommended.
