Evelyn is a native of Franklin, North Carolina and "Your Native Guide to Real Estate in Franklin, NC. For several years she worked with a fortune 500 company. Evelyn left the company In 1998 deciding to utilize her service oriented skills in the real estate industry.

She has been enjoy working helping clients complete their dream of finding the perfect home or moving to the next phase of their life for over 20 years in the Franklin area.

 Hi folks, I’m Jessica Seymour. As a native to Franklin, NC, I feel very fortunate to call this area my home. I know the area and the people very well. As part of the Evelyn Owens Team of Keller Williams Realty I look forward to assisting you with all your real estate investment needs.

My Husband Chad and I enjoy our time together with our dog Sparky. I’m a life-long member of First United Methodist Church and a graduate of Southwestern Community College with a Culinary degree. I’ve always enjoyed working with people. My work life has entailed working in the restaurant industry and I served my community in local government. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, gardening, camping and spending time with family and friends.
