We completed two real estate transactions with Evone. Evone has the patience of a saint, and she guided me to my new home like an angel. We searched almost everyday after I finished work at 5pm for three months in the DFW area. She kept me updated on all of the listings, and I could call her during lunch saying I liked this house, and she'd set up an appointment to show for the same day- which is absolutely critical in the kind of seller's market we've had.She was also patient with me- as a first time homebuyer I was still figuring out what I wanted and she never once thought I was wasting her time- even when I'd later change my mind on something I thought I'd be okay with.When I said I was ready to put in an offer, she immediately wrote up the paperwork and got me to esign so we could put in the offer the same day.She also got me in contact with a great loan officer when mine was being unresponsive.Truly impressed with her knowledge of the DFW housing market and her expertise and professionalism. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I would recommend Evone to anyone who is looking to purchase a home. She helped my husband and I find our perfect first house. We were on a tight schedule due to the fact that we were expecting our first child. She was very quick to respond and check on any possible listings that I had found and was always willing to show us a house no matter the day or time. And she had our best interests at heart, she didn't just show us homes that would put money in her pocket book, she truly cared about our wishes and our needs. She is for lack of a better word, the best!

My house was a hard sell. Foundation issues like everyone has to a certain degree. Evone is very organized and easy to work with. She had to deal with difficult realtors, banks, etc. I would hire her again if I needed to buy or sell, because she is genuine, no sales gimmicks.

Evone is extremely attentive and on top of the process. As first time home buyers, it was refreshing how Evone was honest about each property. She genuinely wanted us to find the right home and did not rush us into making any decisions. Once we found the property we wanted, she was vital in our home purchase that was somewhat lengthy and complicated. However, in the end we got a great deal on the home we wanted and she was just as excited and enthusiastic at the end as she was at the beginning. I would highly recommend Evone and we will most definitely use her as our agent on the next home we purchase.
