I have been in the real estate industry for about 10 years. I am a full-time agent providing my clients with full-time effort. I have several certifications in Real Estate including:

Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)
Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE)
Certified Investmen Agent Specialist (CIAS)
Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS)
Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designations.


These designations are meaningless to the average homebuyer or seller, but they are invaluable to my clients. It is my knowledge and experience in these areas that enables me to effectively manage the simplest to the most complicated transactions while keeping the satisfaction of all interested parties.
