About Evren Senol

Always there for our customers and the communities we serve!

I have been in the real estate industry for about 10 years. I am a full-time agent providing my clients with full-time effort. I have several certifications in Real Estate including:

Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)
Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE)
Certified Investmen Agent Specialist (CIAS)
Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS)
Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designations.

These designations are meaningless to the average homebuyer or seller, but they are invaluable to my clients. It is my knowledge and experience in these areas that enables me to effectively manage the simplest to the most complicated transactions while keeping the satisfaction of all interested parties.

Evren Senol Realty Group is honored to be a part of the RE/MAX Results office. This brokerage is led by Sandy Hancock, a dedicated professional, committed to ensuring that all agents under her umbrella subscribe to the highest of ethical standards set forth by the Realtor Code of Ethics.

I have a staff of one. When you need anything, you won't be talking to a new person each time. You will either talk with me or my Business Manager/Assistant, Allyson Wright. Together, we provide everything you need from start to finish.

I am privileged to have an extremely diverse clientele; buying and selling property ranging from $22,500 to $997,000 this past year. There is no deal too big or small and I am pleased to work on behalf of my clients, regardless of their financial standing.

As a consumer you are entitled to all available resources for your real estate needs and I am here to help. I not only want to deliver the best Real Estate Service experience, you should expect it!
I want you to have The BEST Real Estate Service Experience.

I am trained and dedicated to assist you with all aspects of your real estate needs. I will help you whether you are:
