About Fran Pigott Harding

As a dedicated real estate agent, I am qualified to guide you in buying or selling a home. I believe strongly in using my expertise, knowledge and skill in finance, contracts, negotiation, marketing and communications to your best advantage.

LOCAL EXPERTISE

I offer real estate expertise in home sales in Carteret and Onslow counties, North Carolina. I also bring 32 years real estate knowledge to the table, having also sold real estate in Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey and California.

When looking for a permanent place to hang my hat, I chose to return to this coastal community where I grew up. I know why you are attracted to this area! And there are many communities you might consider in this wonderful area. You can count on me to know the neighborhoods, the schools, market conditions, zoning regulations and local economy. The research I did for myself, I will do for you.

So, let’s get to work. In the process, I will keep you up-to-date with new listings and conditions as they impact the market. I will make the purchase / selling process as stress-free as possible.

INTEGRITY

Buying or selling a home may be one of your most important transactions. Because of that, it is important that you work with someone you trust. Someone you feel has the market expertise you require. Someone with integrity.

People trust me with their most-valuable assets. It’s a responsibility I take very seriously. I know that your success is my success.

SUCCESS

I measure my success through the satisfaction of my clients. Whether you are looking to buy or sell your home, I can provide timely and trustworthy advice to help you achieve your real estate goals.

First of all, let me guide you through the complexities. I look forward to working with you.
