From the moment Franca walked through our doors we knew she was going to be the realtor we would work with. She was friendly yet professional, has a comforting voice and lots of confidence! She took the time to explain the process of listing and selling our home and made sure we understood. She made us feel like we were her only client.During the showing and buying process she constantly called to ensure that we were comfortable with everything every step of the way. She even called the night before she left for vacation. On the day of closing we had a problem with the toilet in the master bedroom. Franca came to our home picked up my husband and drove him to buy a new one??. She also gifted us with a special drawing of our home. I can't say enough about Franca Carbone; working with her was like spending time with a friend. She's definitely the realtor to call if you want your home sold fast with multiple offers

We interviewed 3 Realtors before listing our home, and Franca clearly stood out as the Realtor who would get the job done efficiently and quickly. The pictures she arranged to have taken and put on-line were amazing, and our home sold in 2 days!! We cannot state enough how grateful we are to have had Franca Carbone as our Real Estate agent, to guide us through the recent selling of our NJ home. To say she went above and beyond throughout the whole process is an understatement. I've never been a fan of realtors but as mortgage rates rose and the market started leaning more toward buyers we felt we needed a professional's help. We got that and so much more working with Franca Carbone. From beginning to end she guided us on everything we needed to do to maximize our results. Following her guidance we got our home ready to market. Franca provided us with an amazing online presence with impressive drone photography of our property and a beautiful gallery of pictures highlighting the interior. The house went on the market on Friday and we had 5 offers by Monday afternoon. Three above asking and a winning bid nearly 8% over asking. At no time during this process did I question my decision to sign on with Franca. Franca was amazing. She was super responsive, accommodated all our requests, and sold our house for well over asking price. She personally took care of getting a fire extinguisher installed and other tasks that came up along the way. She was very pleasant to work with and communicated with us throughout the process. I had a disappointing experience with this broker/leasing office. Communication was poor, and I felt they were not interested in helping us through the application process. Questions were not answered clearly, and the apartment was given to another applicant without much update or transparency. I hope they improve how they treat prospective tenants in the future.”The staff was unprofessional and rude during our apartment search. We were trying to understand the rental process and documents, but instead of helping, they made the experience stressful. I would recommend better customer service and clearer communication for future applicants.”
