For starters, I have been a dedicated realtor since June 2001. My previous work experiences gave me the unique ability to listen to my clients’ needs attentively and genuinely and address them as best as possible.
My past experience as a salon owner, on-site agent, and buyer specialist brought me full circle to choosing this wonderful profession we call real estate agent.
My real estate motto and strategy
My goal is to help my clients achieve what is best for them. Finding your dream home is my number-one priority if you're a buyer. If you’re a seller, selling your home at the highest returns will be my top objective.
Secondly, I strive to bring my customers up to date with current market trends and conditions.
Under such circumstances, my motto goes as follows: Professionalism and Patience are a must! There are many facets to get through, so communication without frustration is a crucial element of a successful transaction.
My previous work experience
Before becoming a licensed real estate agent, I worked as a Hair Stylist and owned a salon.
The following two fields were also significant in advancing my skill set for my later career as a realtor. Firstly, I became an on-site agent in new construction for semi-custom and custom builds. Then, I worked exclusively as a Buyer Specialist.
The substantial work experience I accumulated throughout the years led me in one direction only: becoming a stand-alone realtor. I also intended to create a better income stream when I relocated from South Georgia to North Georgia.
I am passionate about
I love working as a realtor in general. My clients’ trust is the ultimate positive feedback for me. Real Estate can be genuinely impressive when an opportunity presents itself to assist someone with their housing needs.
In fact, it does not matter if I represent sellers or buyers. Providing high-quality and trustworthy service to my clients is what matters to me the most. Besides, I am also dedicated to winning them over and getting them to realize I have their best interests in mind.
I am also dedicated to leaving a legacy for my child.
Pastime and hobbies
I love dancing, gardening, and exercising in my free time. Besides, I love spending time and playing with my adorable cat.

Frances helped walk us through the processes of both selling our home and buying new construction. Working with Frances is great. She's knowledgeable, she listens, and she advocates well for the client. One thing I love about Frances is her honesty. We spent three hours driving around in a gated subdivision in Villa Rica to making sure that we priced a piece of land correctly. Frances has always gone, above, and beyond to make sure we understood what was happening.
