About Frances Smith,ABR, BBA, ePro

Having a knowledgeable and experienced Real Estate Broker is the key to meeting your real estate goals!  After 16 years in the Houston TX Energy sector as a Market Analyst, Contracts Manager, Negotiator, and Consultant, I took those skills into Metropolitan Houston's Real Estate Market as I wanted to offer clients the benefit of my background to provide them with superior customer service!

Since 1995, I have worked hard for my clients and with each transaction learned something new that subsequent clients can benefit.  My sales/purchase transactions have ranged from $17,000 to $1,700,000 and all clients within the spectrum received the same amount of service from me!  Not only do I offer the full extent of my knowledge but I also offer High Integrity to all Parties; at the end of the deal, it is important that I can look at myself in the mirror!  I am committed to helping you buy, sell, or lease with the highest level of expertise in your local market. This also means to help you  understand each step of the buying or selling process. This commitment level has helped me build a remarkable track record of delivering results!

Nothing is more exciting to me than the gratifying feeling I get from helping people meet their real estate needs. You can count on me to always do what's in your best interest. I pride myself on being honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable in the real estate market. I know how important it is to find your dream home or get the best offer for your property. Therefore I will make it my responsibility to help you achieve those goals.  The biggest reason I am successful is because I LISTEN TO WHAT YOU THE CLIENT WANT IN PURCHASING, SELLING, LEASING, OR INVESTING!  I also will show you as many properties as you want until we find the property that you can call "home" and your entire face beams with a smile.

Whether you are an experienced investor or a first time buyer, I can help you in finding the property of your dreams. Please feel free to browse my website or let me guide you every step of the way by calling or e-mailing me to set up an appointment today.
