About Francis "Chip" Evans

 

Originally from New York, Chip spent many vacations in Southwest Florida until the family moved here and called it home in 1973. What captivated him then and still does today are the outdoor amenities that make our area paradise.  Whether it is boating, fishing, swimming, water skiing or just walking on the beach. It has been said that Southwest Florida has some of the best beaches in the world. Beaches from Captiva to Naples…What could be better.

Previously, Chip helped manage a transportation company.  In the process he developed an extensive list of who’s who that trusted Chip to get them to their destinations safely. He has also developed an expertise of the area Real Estate and overall knowledge of the area.

Chip has put together his love for Southwest Florida and his exclusive clientele list at work in the Real Estate business.  He is a member of the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach.
