Francisco is the beat realtor I have ever worked with. Trying to sell a house in a pandemic when nobody can travel is scary, but he was in constant contact reassuring me. He went the extra mile to help me prep the house, took amazing photos, and leveraged a multitude of platforms to sell my home. His patience and market long expertise got my house sold much higher than market value. He is polite, passionate, and the of of the hardest workers I have met. Franco was exactly the right person to help us find our home. We outlined our goals for closing, our timeline, wants, needs and he took 100% of it all into working with us. From start to finish he went above and beyond. Franco was incredibly knowledgeable and gained my confidence quickly. With every house we viewed he was prepared to educate us on what we were looking at and what we should be paying attention to. Working with Franco to buy a home was incredibly stress free. His honestly and transparency when it come to the process of home buying made me feel at ease. We are first time homeowners largely thanks to Franco and his team. We were refered to him by our home lender specifically because we needed someone reliable and spanish speaking, and he delivered. He was easy to work with, he took time in listening and understanding to our needs and wants. He showed interests and his undivided attention to us. We didn't feel pressured. We went shopping for a house in August and we closed in November during Covid-19 pandemic. During this time there was a lot of homebuying traffic and inventory was lower than usual in Killeen, TX. He really made us feel that no matter the circumstances there was a house out there with our name on it, all we needed was resilience. He was also very resourceful, he answered all our questions which I believe were many. He was diligent with quick turnarounds. He adapted well to that fact that we weren't the usual VA Approved buyer but FHA instead. He candidly pointed out the positives and the negatives. From start to finish he made sure every question was answered. Making our first time in the home buying process a breeze! There was never a moment that we felt overwhelmed. What really drove us more towards Francisco was the fact that he kept his word every single time. For example, before we finally settled on him as our agent we tried to view a few other agents and they’d always promise a return call for a viewing but we wouldn’t hear from them until days after. That was not good for us, being that homes seemed to be selling just as fast as they were listed. He was also very knowledgeable about every step of the process. I can’t thank him enough!

Franco, started this journey with is in 2019 when we first considered selling our home. We were so impressed with him that when we were ready to start the process in late 2020 we called him to list the house. He has always been the consummate professional holding our best interests before his own. His attention to detail is superb and he knows the market well saving us not only time but expense while maximizing our bottom line. If you are in need of either purchasing or selling a home you will be making a big mistake if you don't give Fransisco the opportunity to work for you for that is what he does. He is excellent at it.

Franco went above and beyond to help us purchase a home remotely. He always made himself available to answer all of our questions. My husband and I were in different countries due to his job, but Franco worked with us both to meet at times that worked for everyone. I appreciate the work he put into finding us our home. Franco has continued to help us after we closed on our home. I don't believe any other realtor would have treated our family with the care that Franco has. Hands down the best realtor in Killeen.
