About Franco Latimer

I know by personal experience that selling, buying, or investing in real estate can be intimidating. For such reason, I chose to serve as a REALTOR®in the Central Texas area including: Killeen, Copperas Cove, Temple, Belton, Nolanville, Kempner, Lampasas, and surrounding areas. I am here to make those transactions a less daunting and more enjoyable experience.

My name is Francisco Latimer-Lozano; better known as Franco. I was born and raised in Carolina, Puerto Rico. Upon my final military duty assignment, my family and I chose to retire here in the Great State of Texas. It is needless to say that I'm a US Army veteran seeking to serve our community in many different ways.

I currently hold a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Science at Excelsior College. I also hold a Texas Real Estate Salesperson's License and I am an active member of the Fort Hood Area Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. I also enjoy volunteer opportunities with the Boy Scouts of America during my spare time.

I am proud to be part of the EXIT Heart of Texas Realty; a company with a reputation in the community and genuine interest on their clients and representatives. We share our knowledge, wisdom, and experience in order to assist the team. There is no doubt that EXIT Heart of Texas Realty is the right choice for you.

Remember, you can't recycle wasted time. If not now, when?
