I met Frank when he sold my granddaughters home and helped her with buying a new one. She was very happy with him. I'm a dean and professor at a university; I live an hour away from the property I had to sell, and I work 45 minutes away from the property, so I needed a realtor who knew how to take charge and manage all aspects of the process for me with a high degree of expertise and efficiency. Frank did a great job with my listing. He listened to my needs and expectations, and worked to meet them, ensuring that there was a lot of traffic at the open house, which yielded multiple offers over asking price. The "coming soon" notation and online video even yielded an early offer, sight unseen, before the house officially went on the market.
