With an office in Morgan Hill and a presence in the Folsom vicinity, Frank Leonardi's residential real estate practice has served hundreds of households and families throughout Northern California. From the South Bay communities of San Jose, Morgan Hill, Gilroy…to Saratoga/Los Gatos… further west into the coastal communities of Half Moon Bay, Aptos, Capitola, Watsonville and Monterey…toward the northeast to Sacramento El Dorado Hills, Folsom.

Since late 2002, we have become familiar with the Peninsula, South Bay, Sacramento and Folsom, Frank has assisted buyers and sellers in the entire 9 counties surrounding the Bay Area, the Coastal communities of Santa Cruz, Aptos, Capitola, Watsonville, Monterey, through the Central Valley and up to Folsom/El Dorado Hills, he really specializes in the South Bay area and the Peninsula markets of Saratoga, Los Gatos, Cupertino, Morgan Hill, Gilroy and San Jose's Silver Creek and Willow Glen communities.
Frank's focus on ‘being prepared' has been the cornerstone of all his clients' transactions. After looking for a home to buy for nearly ten years Frank Leonardi was able to see me through the process. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the type of property and area I was interested in. He was helpful in all aspects of the contract and inspection procedures. Frank was very helpful and went the extra mile when needed to help us close on time great experience. The selling agent seemed like they didn't want to sell the property so Frank had to take care of all of the VA inspections etc to get the deal done.

Frank is the best there is!!! He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, has a fantastic work ethic and above all he is kind and patient. He has sold 2 homes for my family under very difficult times for us. He cares for his clients and goes the extra mile to make everything happen. We recommend him highly. Franks knowledge and expertise as a Realtor is superb. He listened to what our needs and desires were and kept us informed of everything going on through the home buying process. Frank has to be one of the best In the area. His local experience really stands out. There were two condos In our area for sale. Ours sold, the other one is still for sale today. Frank went way beyond for us making sure the experience was as smooth and easy as possible. He was available 24/7, and on top of everything. There is no doubt we will use him again.

Frank helped us sell a home on Casino Real Morgan Hill, a mobile home in the Madrone Mobile Estates park and buy a new home in the Capriano neighborhood of Morgan Hill.
