About Franki Gonzalez

Since starting my  Real Estate career in 2009 I have seen the market change drastically.  I have extensive expertise in all market conditions from foreclosures and short sales to the current market mulitple offer situations.

Today, I love every minute of helping my buyers and sellers make home ownership a dream come true.  My clients say that I, "make them feel like they are my only client by being responsive and available."  I have closed homes all over the Central Florida area making me an expert in the market.  Whether you are a first time home buyer, down sizing or moving in or out of the state, I am your agent!

In fact,  I relocated to the Orlando area in 2006 and know first hand the challenges of moving to the area. I'm proud to be a member of ERA Grizzard's Relocation team where I specialize in helping families relocate to Central Florida.

When I am not busy helping clients,  you can find me spending time with my family.
