Born and educated in Franklin MA, we moved to Wrentham approximately 25 years ago. We have two grown children and 3 grand children. We own a summer home in Sandwich, MA and spend time there with our family.

Fred received his Real Estate salespersons license in 1985 and has been practicing in Douglas for the past 15 years. In 2002 he received his Brokers License. Fred is the co-owner of Country Living Realty with Cliff Van Reed. The business has been Country Living Realty for the past 5 years and prior to that time it they ran it as a Re/Max Franchise for 10 years.

In 2006 they decided to drop the franchise and operate as a privately owned business for several reasons, mostly because they felt their reputation and client base was strong enough to thrive without the Re/Max brand and expenses accompanying it. We try to pass along any savings to our clients in terms of commission rates and marketing strategies.

Fred has an impressive history of listings and sales and we will provide that list to you if you choose to take a look at it. It includes single family listings, condos and land listings in a variety of towns including Douglas, Northbridge, Uxbridge, Upton, Bellingham and Franklin. Fred also has his Contractors license and has built numerous homes in the Douglas area.

Paula received her Real estate Salespersons license in 2002 and was employed with Coldwell Banker in Franklin for over 3 years before joining Fred in Douglas to help out with the launching of Country Living Realty. In Franklin I received extensive weekly training and acquired a keen sense of the market conditions in and around the surrounding areas. My listing/sales included towns of Franklin, Wrentham, Plainville, Bellingham and North Attleboro to name a few.

We are members in good standing at the Worcester Board of Realtors and continually take ongoing education classes regarding ethics, and various subjects including marketing techniques, Real Estate laws etc.
