My wife and I have been working with Fred since June 2019 to find the right property/home at Smith Mountain Lake. We made several trips to SML. We found the right house in February. Fred is a pleasure to work with. He is friendly, smart, savvy, patient, and a wise counsel. I recommend him wholeheartedly without any reservation.

From the moment we met Fred, we quickly realized that he was as much a friend as realtor. We spent multiple weekends finding our lake home. From the start, we leaned on Fred’s immense knowledge of Smith Mountain Lake to be sure we found our perfect home. Even after the closing, Fred made sure all of the services were setup for us so we could hit the ground running.

Fred was our realtor to sell our SML home that had been in our family for over 50 years. We chose him because he came highly recommended and he exceeded our expectations. He is responsive, knows the SML real estate and was invaluable with helping us through each step of the process from getting the home ready to list to closing. Fred made the entire process enjoyable and stress free, I would definitely recommend him.

Fred was great to work with. He was very helpful, listened to our needs and was always available to assist down to closing day. With the market changes, limited availability and multiple offers, he was patient and provided all options to us so we could make the best decisions.

Fred Cuffari is an excellent agent! From our first contact with him through the listing process, the negotiation tactics and through to the final signing at closing, Fred was with us each step of the way. We had quite a few ups and downs and Fred was so knowledgeable and helped guide us to a successful close. We couldn’t be more thankful that we chose Fred to list our home. Highly recommend! Given the choice, we would definitely choose him again!

Fred was great to work with. He was very responsive and knowledgeable about the area (SML). Fred quickly learned what we were looking for and was able to narrow our search to find the perfect home for us. He went above and beyond what realtors do. Whatever we asked he did, even if it wasn’t directly related to purchasing the house. Even when Fred was out of town, he always managed to meet our needs and exceed or expectations. The thing I liked most about Fred was he didn’t sugar coat anything, and always called it like it was/is. When buying a new home, you can quickly get blinded by the excitement of it all. Fred always made sure we considered every aspect. He wasn’t just out to make a quick dollar, he cares about his clients and makes sure they get the home they belong in. You can trust Fred 110% and I recommend him for all your real estate needs. We will definitely be using him again when the time comes.
