Nancy and I are both Florida Real Estate Brokers. (Becoming a broker requires much more training and education that being just “agents.”)  We thoroughly enjoy working with home sellers or buyers and helping to make their dreams come true.  With over twenty years of experience in the local market, we have helped hundreds of families either buy or sell in practically every community.  If you live here, we probably have helped a neighbor of yours either buy or sell a home.  We are very familiar with the Treasure Coast and work the towns of Jupiter, Jupiter Island, Tequesta, Hobe Sound, Stuart, Palm City, Sewalls Point, Hutchinson Island, Jensen Beach, and Port St Lucie.

 When representing sellers we truly dedicate ourselves to the task of helping sellers properly price their property for the market conditions.  Our extensive internet based marketing helps to get the property sold in the least amount of time for the highest possible price.  In determining market value, we do not rely wholly on recent sales.  This is a mistake many agents make.  Homesellers, please call us to ask about other important factors in pricing your home in an uptrending market.  A seasoned, experienced Realtor is worth gold to a homeseller—call us—you’ll be glad you did!
