We have known Gary Mercer senior since many years ago. he helped us find our first house in PA when we first moved here 25 years ago., Since then he has helped us to sell our previous house and recently with the buying of another house in Media. Gary is very professional, responds to all uncertainties, quickly and is able to negotiate very well. He does not mind us communicating out of office hrs. He lets us know about the negatives and positives of a property/house. He does not overly push us to buying a certain property but lets us make the decision. We will highly recommend him to anyone interested in buying/selling a house.

The easiest “sale process” I ever had and I have had many. Everyone on the “TEAM” did a great job of keeping me posted, answering questions quickly, responding to emails etc etc. And I was out of town and state!!Highly recommended if you want a quick, profitable and easy sale.

/!\ Think twice before signing the lease contract at 1933 /!\ Landlord could make you pay for ALL his expenses. You will pay hundreds of dollars monthly to cover ALL the maintenance/repairs of the home, regardless if it is normal wear and tear or not. Upon move out, not only you could be deducted the monthly maintenance fee but also your deposit can be partially or entirely deducted for all the expenses/maintenance invoices, parts labor, paint etc... I was looking to move from NY to PA to be closer to family. I had a short amount of time to look at homes. Sharon D was amazing! She was willing to show homes that I felt were a good fit for me as well as ones she found we saw several homes in 2 days and then I found my dream home. Gary was extremely knowledgeable about how to approach the sale of our home. Although we initially thought his recommended sale price was slightly conservative, he assured us he anticipated being able to get more than listed. Even with the COVID experience, Gary communicated regularly and provided safety protocols that made the process comfortable. Start to finish, our home was on the market for 5 days. We had two offers day one! We ended up with 8 offers, most over asking and were more than pleased with the price of our home! He and his team were most helpful through the appraisal, inspection and settlement! Everything was smooth. Highly recommend.

We have now bought 2 homes with the help of Erica Walker and Keller Williams. We have also sold a home and rented a home with Erica's assistance. I have also referred friends and family her way. I cannot say enough how much we have not only benefitted from her services but also enjoyed her as a person. Erica is welcoming, helpful, and fun to work with.
