Gary was the perfect agent in helping us find our new rental home. Out of the many properties we contacted on Zillow, he was one of the very few responses we received, and the only one who seemed eager to assist us. To us this was critical and very helpful with the short time frame we had to find a new rental home. He worked with us, setting up times to view prospective rentals around our schedule and didn't stop until we had found the house we are currently in and love. Not only did he help us find our rental home in an easy and timely manner, but he also did the walk through with us, pointing out items/problems/cleanliness that we would have most definitely missed had he not been there. Gary is the most helpful, considerate, friendly, and timely real estate professional I have ever dealt with and would recommend him to anyone and everyone 100 times over!

Had our house listed for three months. I saw 5 people take the number from the sign one Sunday and we got no request for a showing. When I asked him to tell me how many calls we were getting, he cancelled his contract with us. He never initiated calls to tell us how things were going. He did have three unsuccessful open houses and the last one he posted a young girl who did not represent herself well and all that amounted from that open house was that she touched all the blinds on my windows. I asked him for statistics on the open houses and he only said three people showed up. But lacked evidence to prove it. We have wasted three months and may miss out on being able to buy our dream house.

I have and will always recommend Gary Nicholson to my friends and family that are looking to make a home purchase. He still of getting to know what you are looking to purchase far exceeded my expectations. He profile my home requirements, located many homes that matched what I was looking to purchase. He also has a great eye for decorating. He made my home purchase a great experience.

Home buying is rewarding but incredibly stressful! Gary made the process simple and as successful as possible. He was there every step of the way. He always answered every call, text or email no matter what time of day or night it was. He was more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice and finding homes that met our needs than he was on just closing a deal.
