Georgia S Curie has been successfully selling and listing real estate full time for over 25 years. She is a proud mother of three grown children and one grandson! She specializes in residential, vacant land, and horse properties.Having been a horse owner for most of her life, she totally understands what it takes to market and sell a horse property! Georgia has also owned and managed a vacation rental property for several years in Teller County, so her vast knowledge on what it takes to make that business investment profitable is very helpful! She also regularly works with military buyers and understands the complete process, while helping them make their hard earned dream come true! Georgia grew up in the norhteastern part of the country in a town called Ashtabula, Ohio, where she and her family raised and showed reining horses.

While living there, she worked for a real estate office located in Jefferson, Ohio. During that time she assisted The Nature Conservancy in acquiring land that fronted lakes and streams. She also worked with several investors, along with many residential buyers and sellers. Georgia also worked for several large farms, helping them sell their farms during the tough dairy times in the 1980's and 90's. In 2003 she moved to Colorado to live in the mountains which was, like many, her life long dream! Having been in the real estate business for over 25 years, the experience she has is priceless. Short sales, bank owned properties, residential, farms and vacant land are no problem for her to handle.

Having been in the business for so long she has weathered a few recessions and down times so she understands what it takes to make things happen no matter what the market hands us! Most of her customers have now become her good friends. Georgia helped relocate several Katrina victim families who have now become my second family!
