About Gerald Salerno

Gerald Salerno has always considered Real Estate to be a personal service industry, and it has been his goal to provide his clients with an outstanding real estate experience, giving them the confidence to recommend him.

As a trusted adviser, advocate and strong negotiator for his clients, Gerald’s understanding of the Real Estate industry and the Real Estate market allows him to provide his clients with the tools and information they need to make the best decisions regarding the sale or purchase of their home.  This high-level of service has allowed Gerald to build a strong referral based Real Estate business throughout southeastern Michigan and has made him a local expert in many different communities.

Clients often describe Gerald as responsive, extremely knowledgeable, caring, communicative, proactive and professional.  He is often complemented in client reviews for his informed advice, ability to understand and “read” the market and his accuracy in establishing market value for the sellers and buyers that he represents.

Gerald understands that it is very important to have professionalism and seriousness in today’s Real Estate industry, so his clients have a consultant that they can depend on to help them understand the abundance of information and data available.  To provide this high-level of service, Gerald spends many hours throughout the year keeping up-to-date and informed on market trends, changes in Real Estate laws and procedures, codes of ethics, fair housing and attends high level continuing education classes annually.

Gerald values the people and the communities that he serves and has brought his leadership qualities to many organizations and non-profits that he has been involved with over the years.  He currently serves as Board Chair for Eisenhower Dance Detroit and is a founding board member for the newly formed Heroes Point Foundation.
