My experience with Gerod was very pleasant, informative and truthful. Everything he told us he would do came to pass. Gerod is very knowledgeablein the real estate profession. He notified us through voicemail from the forsale by owner sign in the yard, we had never met him. God lead me to call him back a week later. Our house was sold in less than 30 days. The pictures on the website was awesome.
