We were a very long process (year+) and Gina was patient and never tried to rush us. When it came to looking at houses, she knew the areas and the houses and shared valuable insights. She worked well with us and we would not hesitate to recommend her to others or to use her again ourselves.

Gina was an absolute delight to work with. She came highly recommended by one of her co-workers who was unable to take on the job, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had an easy process. I was traveling back and forth from Montgomery to Huntsville during the entire process (March through November - what can I say...I'm very picky), and she availed herself without fail each time I was able to be in town. She was patient as I pinged and ponged from one style of home to another, and made sure to point out the pros and cons of each home to help me narrow not only the style, but the location. I highly recommend her to anyone needing an agent!

Gina Barlow is the definition of a professional. As a first time home seller, it was beyond comforting to work with an agent who was in my corner. Great realtor, goes the extra mile to get the house you want. We used Gina 3 years ago and knew she was dependable and reliable so contacted her as soon as we ready to get started. She recommended Keller Williams Mortgage and their zero plus program which even though I already had someone working on the pre-approval, turned out to be the best thing for us. Best rate, lowest closing costs possible, like zero, due to contract terms she arranged for us and smooth closing all in less than 30 days. Had a little hiccup during the process and she made some phone calls and got it moving back on track. Highly recommend. THANKS GINA!

When we were put in contact with Gina, it was more than I expected. On the day I first met her, she greeted me with a hug. She was honest and upfront with us and so helpful. Gina was AWESOME. We listed our home on 02/28/2019, received an offer on March 2nd and closed on March 29th. She gave any and all information we needed and was quick to respond whenever we had questions. When we needed assistance getting certain tasks completed she always had a point of contact in order to complete the task efficiently and in a cost effective manner. Gina is amazing! My husband and I have never sold a house before and Gina made the process so painless and easy. She had all the right advice on staging, listing price, and timing. She also provided us with plenty of information for us to make informed decisions about the selling of our home. Our house was sold in 3 days with multiple offers! Gina was also by our side as we built a new home. We initially didn’t know how helpful a realtor would be for us as purchasers in a new build but really she was a great help. She helped us get more out of our build and kept things moving smoothly through the build and inspections. We absolutely love Gina as a person and a realtor!
