Gina was very professional. She went above and beyond staging the house after we had already moved out of state prior to listing the house. Gina is personable and caring. She kept us informed of what was happening and even came by to check on the house since we had already moved. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any of my friends.

We had used Gina to find us a rental property and we came back to her when we needed to find a house. She has become a friend in our eyes because of how she has helped us so much when we needed her. Gina was patient with us and only showed us the houses that met our standards. In other words, she did not waste our time with just any house. Finally, her service after the sale was tremendous and she continues to take care of us by answering our questions and helping us with any home improvement questions. It was a pleasure to working with Gina as our real estate agent.

First off Gina meet with us and listen carefully to all our needs and requirements. She has a wonderful team working with her and she helped us get pre-qualified for our home mortgage, which was tremendous benefit then we got into the bidding process.

Gina came back quickly with a list of wonderful homes for us to review on the internet. We select a half dozen of the listings that caught our attention and she spent the day with us going thru all the amenities of each property. Out of these properties we came across the perfect home that both my wife and I really wanted. The only problem was that the house just came on to the market that day, and there was already an offer on the table. Gina suggested a plan to secure the winning offer to the home owners, and they selected our bid. With her negotiating skills, experience and getting us pre-approved for a mortgage – we got the house of our dreams.

Gina worked with us through out the entire closing process making sure the whole experience was a pleasure. Even after closing Gina continued to follow up with us great marketing materials.
