I am a full time professional real estate agent who has been in business since 1995. Having helped more than 500 families in the selling, buying and renting of their homes valued at over $150 Million, I have the experience and expertise to successfully negotiate your transaction.
I have lived in Northern Virginia for the since 1984 and prior to that I lived in Montgomery County, Maryland and have developed a network of professionals to assist me in closing your home.
Personally, I have raised three sons in the area, and continue to enjoy the Washington DC metropolitan area. My activities involve charity work with Capital Hospice and Habitat for Humanity. I also enjoy gourmet cooking, traveling, playing the piano and golf.

Ginger is a phenomenal agent. My husband and I were buying our first house and were a bit clueless about what the process involved from start to finish. Ginger was very through with her explanations and was available for any questions we had throughout the whole process. She is honest and extremely knowledgeable.
