I used Gladis Henriquez to buy a condo in Oceanview Building in Sunny Isles Beach last year. As a real estate investor in South Florida for the last 10 years I have been working with many realtors and buying only SFH. Gladis show me that condos are also a good investment if you buy them at the right price and in the right location.
