Gloria did a great job in the sale of our house. It was made more complex because we were remote - actually on the East Coast for the whole time. I'm sure it caused her some extra headaches but she managed it with ease and everything went smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gloria if you want someone who is friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy and does what they say they're going to do.

Gloria was wonderful. Very organized. Very prompt. I only got a little upset once over something someone else did, and she was very responsive and dealt with it professionally. Other little things that popped up, she was on top of immediately.

We had a great experience working with Gloria selling our home. We put in on the market as we moved down to Southern California. She took care of all the details, including having new carpet installed and staging the house. All the paperwork was handled remotely, mostly via DocuSign and it couldn't have been easier. She did a great job communicating throughout the process and giving us advice during negotiation. On top of all that, the COVID-19 crisis happened just after the house went on the market, so we are super-grateful that we got the sale closed!

I knew Gloria because she did her due diligence in marketing herself and her real estate agency for many years in our neighborhood. She lives in the same neighborhood so she knew the area well. We used to get a lot of flyers from her over the years. I thought it was only fair she reaped what she sowed sort of speak and decided to obtain her services. Gloria was very cordial, pleasant, professional and easy to work with. She's usually on top of things and quick to respond to whatever questions I had. All in all, I thought Gloria did a good job for us.
