Gloria was recommended to us by a friend. We gave her a tight budget and narrow time frame to find us a house to renovate. My wife & I are architects and extremely particular. She is the first Real Estate Agent that really listened to what we wanted. She didn't waste our time by showing us properties outside our price range or design requirements. Once we decided upon the property, she marshaled through the offer, counter-offers & final contract. Her response time during inspections & financing was immediate.
