Glynis is the most knowledgeable real estate agent there is. She treats you like family first, not like just a customer. She finds and shows you exactly the type of house you are looking for. I would never have another agent represent me.

Terrible experience with this agent. Unprofessional attitude displayed on several occasions. Did get one lowball offer in two months. Do your research and choose a better agent if you want your home sold. Would not recommend Glynis or C21 to anyone. Her strategy was to list the home at the top of the market and let it accumulate days on the market and if it didn't sell reduce the price. In two months we reduced the price three times and still had but one bogus offer. It seems as though all Glynis was after was the listing...didn't seem at all interested in selling my property.

Would Highly recommend Glynis. She helped us find a home we can say is ours for our family. She was very professional & knowledgeable and communicated with us and was very consistent. She helped find us a house when other realtors said they would and never did.

Glynis is a joy to work with. She listens to the client, finds the best match for their needs and is on top of the work every step of the way. Extremely uninformative. Pictures of the house I was nterested in were very shady and griny and when that was explained to hr she saidshe isn't the actual agent and to get the agent to get additional pics for me. I immediatelt sent an email on Zillow in reference to my horrile experience with her, however, I didn't get a reply. I would not recommend her to anybody I know!

Glynis, assisted us with the sale of our property in Lehigh Acres. Glynis did a fantastic job on a major project. As I believe other agents may have not given the attention and commitment to stay with the project when adverse events arose (buyers dropped out), Glynis persevered and was able to get us a great price and work through all the complex logistics with the banks. If you are looking for someone who knows the area and you can count on to work through a successful outcome, I highly recommend Glynis.
