I engaged Jeff last year after a not very helpful engagement with another Agency and was very pleasantly surprised by the knowledge, counsel and support I received. Jeff went above and beyond as I was a remote landlord, often stepping in to take care of stuff with a rental (initially) for 6 months. When we listed in April - with the tenant in place he hosted 2 open houses, got a lot of traffic and we found a buyer in less than 6 weeks!! Always courteous and responsive, I cannot recommend Jeff enough and thank him for helping me get this transaction done when I had been trying for 2-3 years!

Very creative, hard driving in a good way, and indefatigable. Overcomes complexities and never gets discouraged.Communications are excellent and responsive in a timely manner. Several cuts above the "just list it" crowd. If you seek energy and new approaches Jeff is your man.

Jeff spent 10 months showing us in excess of 15 homes, and he always did it with a smile. He was incredibly patient with my wife and I as we went home to home looking for the perfect place. We finally found it back in January and Jeff ensured we had the proper people and resources at our disposal to make the closing as seamless as possible. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, competent agent!

Jeff Woda helped me and my husband through the process of buying our first home. Going in to the process I thought we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted and what buying a home is like – but unfortunately it wasn’t “quite” as simple as I thought.Jeff is definitely the most patient person I know and very, very helpful and polite; he’s completely open to hearing what you have to say and continues to listen whole heartedly when the next day you’re saying something completely different. It was very bumped way for us and he seems to understand the flip flopping first time buyers go through. He seemed to always be available for our questions and concerns when I was feeling under water.Throughout the whole process we felt like Jeff had our back and he even caught some errors in the documents that no one else saw. I felt like Jeff knew what was going on at all times in the mortgage process so I was confident he wasn’t going to let me miss any deadlines and we ended up finalizing "in time".I recommend Jeff for anyone looking for some peace of mind when buying a home!!!

Jeff worked very hard to understand what house and location was best for our needs. He took notes each time we visited a house in order to narrow down our next search, and patiently toured each of my family members (four separate times) through our new home before we made an offer.When it came time to negotiate he took the time to understand where to start and how to counter-offer. He hustled for answers and guided us through each step.During the inspection phase, he gave us expert technical advice on the septic, heating systems and on generators. He did all of these things in such a way that we never felt pressure or hesitant to ask questions. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone.

I had 8 weeks to relocate my family from South Florida and needed someone in the Weston CT area to find me a home. In researching local agents I decided to work with Jeff based on reading all his many positive online reviews (like this one lol). Jeff lived up to his stellar rating and then some. Within a week he narrowed down my particular requirements (there were many) and zero'd in on homes. At first my wife and I were not exactly sure of the type of home we would like. Colonial, modern, etc. - we viewed a few of each. Jeff was able to help define the style that we liked most. Along the way we got a great education on the market value of homes. Once we found the right one we were thrilled to see him fight for us during the negotiation process. Thanks to Jeff we got a great deal on an amazing home. I've purchased over a dozen properties over the years and unlike most brokers who disappear once you go to contract Jeff helped us through the inspection and continues to be an incredible resource even after we moved in. We needed a number of professional services and Jeff was able to provide a great handy man, electrician, accountant --- the list goes on and on. Jeff is the consummate professional, he takes his job very seriously. He always went above and beyond to help us. Jeff is the best realtor i have ever met. He is a very nice, kind and knowledgeable person, and very good with what he does! He loves to help people and always been so patient with questions that we had. We spend over five months to look for our dream house, and Jeff took us to see hundres of house with zero complaints. In addition, for all the houses we have seen, he has been very kind to point out things that we should know and has been very honest with us! I'm so glad that we found Jeff as our realtor; he has always been there for us even after the closing, whenever I had questions he is still try his best to help. I definitely recommend Jeff to any seller or buyer who is looking for an A+ realtor!!!

Excellent person, friendly, respectful and very experienced. One of the things I loved about him is that he is very straightforward and will be sincere when sharing his opinions. He never rushed us when looking at the houses or at making up our mind, since the beginning he was patient and even said not to worry if we did not find "the perfect home" soon: "It is a process that can take months or even years." It was always easy to reach him; even when he was away, he would answer my emails or texts. I highly recommend him!
