We were looking for our first home, Gwen responded that same day. She walked us through the process all the way to the end, she let us know what information was needed, introduced us to the mortgage lenders, and she even went to the signing with us. This was a process that I thought would take us forever, she made it seem smooth.In a matter of a couple months, Gwen helped us look, find, and sign on the home of our dreams.

So let me just say that I got exactly what I was looking for while working with Gwen! I was beyond discouraged in my search of looking for a new home until she stepped in and made the job so much easier. She will make sure that she is available during and after hours to answer any questions that you may have. She has a genuine enthusiasm for helping people like myself find the home they desire. In less than 2 months I was in my new home of my choosing and I'm so thankful for her making our process so much easier!

Ms Gwen Summers has done an excellent work for me. I am extremely pleased with her efficiency, professionalism and promptness, par excellence if I am to sum up. Though I could not buy the home because my loan did not get approved by the money lending company but she took me to the point of buying in a meticulous, professional way very smoothly. Lastly, she worked hard to get my earnest money back from the seller (my check is on its way to me), of which I had no hope. It was literally as if she was buying a home for herself. She indeed is a wonderful professional. I wish her all the best in all her endeavors in the real estate business to achieve excellence.

Gwen went over and above anything I could have ever expected from an agent. She made herself available on a consistent basis even late at night, on weekends, and even ended up showing us our current home on a holiday! She was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her highly.
