Susan and Steve helped us find just the right home, after finding us a suitable rental property for our family of five to live in while we renovated our permanent home. We wanted an older home in need of renovation in a beautiful location -- a very difficult assignment -- and they delivered! They were always patient, energetic and eager to help. Susan and Steve initially helped me buy our home at 7 Comstock Hill Avenue in Norwalk, CT, and their service was always above and beyond. In addition to being consummate real estate professionals, they were caring and responsive local experts who helped us integrate to our new town. When I was called away for extensive foreign travel and assignment, Susan and Steve were the go-to people who helped look after our property, which was enormously reassuring and not something they needed to do. For me, they are the platinum standard in real estate and we are fortunate to have worked with them. Five stars simply isn't enough.

The Hansons helped us both buy and sell a home, but also they did so much more than that. They helped us move, loading up their car and making several trips with valuables that we didn't want to put on a moving van. It is impossible to encompass all the many things that they did, turning a difficult time into a relatively pleasant experience. At the end of the process we viewed them not only as great realtors but also as great friends.

Steve and Susan were experienced and very helpful thru the short sale process in purchasing our home. There were some very difficult roads to pass thru and we almost lost the house, but Steve and Susan gave us some critical advise to complete the sale.

I have used Susan & Steve first when renting my first apartment then again when buying my first home each and every time they have always gone above and beyond. To this day they are still available to answer any questions or provide help with different types of contractors etc.. Plain and simple just a excellent real estate team!

Susan and Steve sold our home in Norwalk, CT in early 2009 in the worst real estate market ever. We had used another agent to try to sell our home but it didn't work out primarily because I don't think he was willing to tell us what we needed to hear considering the market conditions. We interviewed a few different agents before picking Susan and Steve and starting again. We chose them primarily due to their experience, personalities and dedication to their craft. They tried out-of-the-box marketing; such as, having Steve hand out flyers at South Norwalk station for the morning and evening rush (I think it was raining - sorry Steve.). Anyway long story short, they sold the house and held the deal together to the end even after our basement flooded during the mortgage inspection. If we were selling or buying a house in CT, we would use Susan and Steve again. As a side note, Susan is tough in 'Words with Friends.'
