While earning my Degree in Accounting I worked as a Customer Relationship Manager at a National bank where I absorbed strong customer service skills that would become the foundation of my career. After graduating I accepted a position at Telatron Marketing Group as an Employee Retention Manager; a high volume call center. For over 8 years I worked with thousands of customers and the employees that served them. I've learned to become highly efficient and a great communicator to say the least.

I thrive in a changing environment and overcome challenges with proven success!

After one too many vacations to Florida - I made Venice, FL my home in 2010.
