My name is Hector Guadarrama and I work for Exit Reitz Realty in Southlake Texas. I specialize in helping buyers and sellers buy, sell or invest in real estate on the Greater Dallas/Fort Worth area.

I have been in the business of helping people for over 40 years. Starting out as a construction electrician and moving on into maintenance where I learned computers and became a systems administrator and business analyst. I also owned and rented properties which I flipped mostly on my own on my spare time. I love helping people to learn their full potential along the way of most of my jobs by supplying training and support. Some of my ex coworkers now fondly remember the name Hector Guadarrama as someone who took the time to make their work lives easier.
