Chris is an outstanding agent/broker. We found him knowledgeable, determined, and dedicated to us, his clients, He gave us great advice on how to prepare our house to net the highest selling price. His extensive knowledge of the financing process allowed us to choose the offer that allowed us to find a buyer that would bring us to close in a timely fashion. Chris explained each step of the way and did constant followup. We have purchased 5 homes and sold three. Chris is by far the most competant realtor that we have had.

We were lucky! In short, we would recommend him to anyone. He sold our house in the time and for the price he thought the market would bear. Throughout the process we had a lot of questions. Chris’s knowledge as a broker/owner of a real estate company, his communication and professionalism stood out at every turn. He always kept us informed and knew what the next steps would be. We also had to buy a home while we were selling ours. Very nervous, yes… Chris guided us through the process, oversaw all the negotiations and even had one of his agents help us. Having someone that knows the contracts, market and cared about us was so important. We closed on time and now reside in our new home. We are thankful we had a good experience selling and buying.
