Ilia has helped my rent, buy, and sell property, and each time she has done a wonderful job. She is hands on and a good communicator who is always available to answer questions. Ilia is also very persistent and helpful in negotiations. Additionally, Ilia was instrumental in connecting me to other professionals to help me both prep and complete the sale of my property and navigate a complicated plumbing permit issue (e.g., painters, handymen, and stagers, and real estate attorneys). I’m a first time home buyer who has been searching for the perfect place to call home for about 3 years. My husband and I cannot recommend Ilia highly enough. You will be hard-pressed to find many other agents with better local knowledge and experience. It was a tough time to sell as we were all navigating through the COVID pandemic.
