Ilia is the best realtor that I have dealt with, she is very professional, knowledgable of her area, and she has a lot of resources to make this process much easier. She always told us what to expect so we were always a step ahead. She guided us every step of the way and we will always thank her for this. I’m a first time home buyer who has been searching for the perfect place to call home for about 3 years. I worked with other agents before and unfortunately, was not able to locate the home of my dreams mostly because I felt very lost in the process and as anyone at times scared of the “mortgage payment” commitment. Ilia is an amazing Realtor. She knows the market like the back of her hand and she's one of the nicest people I know. She was helpful in providing guidance and resources even when she wasn't the agent involved in the sale of the single family home during my divorce. I now own a multifamily in Glen Ridge and Ilia is always my go to realtor to help me rent the apartments. Should I purchase another property in NJ, she will be the first person I contact. Ilia helped my husband and me purchase a house in Glen Ridge, NJ. We met her at an open house when we were just starting to think about moving. She was genuine and friendly and stuck in both of our minds when we were ready to start looking months later. We were not very familiar with the area and she was very knowledgeable- about the town and the unusual process, which was key to our bids. She never pressured us but talked us through several situations, providing an unbiased voice. Ilia was proactive about sending listings and went to see any houses that we were even somewhat interested in- usually before we did! She helped us find a home we love. Ilia was great throughout the entire process. She helped us look and find the home we where looking for. She guided us through the entire process, attending multiple open houses, offers, negotiation, etc. She was there for us to answer all our questions, give us advice, and ultimately helped us secure our home. I would whole heartedly recommend Ilia Wood without hesitation! She held my hand through the whole process. She gave me great advice from prepping for sale, paint colors to use for the biggest impact, tweaking, reducing clutter (she even helped me pack some boxes), securing a stager, photographer, to setting a price, negotiation, meeting deadlines, and closing the deal. My house sold within a week with multiple offers, and above my asking price. She was patient with my thousands of questions and related anxieties, knowledgeable about town requirements, CO, and the entire process from legalities to financing; always in the most professional manner. If I had to do it again, I would not change a thing! Trust her, she knows her stuff!

Ilia went above and beyond in helping our family find the perfect home. She was patient and informative in our questions about buying a home in Maplewood NJ. We had lived in an apt in Brooklyn for the past 15 years, so the amount of information was daunting and Ilia took care of us through the whole process.Before going into the process, I thought a RE agents were ridiculous and wasn't needed. Ilia changed this mindset for me. I don't know what we would have done without her. Even after the sale and our move, she has sent an email checking in with us to see how we are doing.I highly recommend Ilia for buying a house and I bet she would go above and beyond in selling our house in the future as well.

The best thing we ever did was to choose Ilia to be our Realtor. Although she was not from our area, she came highly recommended and we could not have been more pleased with her. Ilia does her homework and was up on everything she needed to know about the town. With that said, she guided us through the entire process, even with what needed to be done with the municipality. Ilia has a lot of patience and is a great listener. She's also very knowledgeable and knew how to guide us so that our house was ready for sale. She took us through the process and discussed each step with us. We sold our house quickly and at the price we had in mind. I highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed!
