Imma Carletto, a Yonkers, New York native is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker, dedicated to providing her clients the highest possible level of service, whether selling, buying, renting or investing. Born and raised in a family of builders, Imma is intuitively and intimately knowledgeable and experienced in new construction, resale and short sales.
Imma began her professional career in numerous different spaces before launching her career in real estate. She has previously worked for Estee Lauder Companies as a buyer and was a top negotiator for Edison Schools Inc., a private, for-profit charter school company operating in the Northeast. In these various roles, Imma has excelled in budget management and bottom-line negotiation.
Imma then entered the real estate industry in 2006 where she found her true passion in client representation and marketing strategy. Within the first year she earned the “Rookie Award” for selling 13 homes as a part-time agent. Two years later, she refocused her career in real estate full time which has earned her numerous additional accolades, including:

It was a pleasure working Imma Carletto the best agent we have dealt with in Westchester, NY. She was our real estate agent for 6 months. Our house was on the market for 1 year prior with another agent. Imma values getting that perfect deal and works hard to ensure you get that deal. She did many open houses with a great response, something our prior agent did not do. Imma always followed up with the people that showed interest. Imma was simply amazing from our first meeting all the way through our closing; and she still checks in with us months later. Imma was very receptive and worked to truly understand what we needed in a house and what items were nice to have. Her local knowledge is unmatched; she was always informed regarding taxes, which towns reassess, what local building codes were, where you could add a fence, pool, etc. With Imma, we always felt that we were in good hands and that she had our best interest at heart. She always went out of her way to drive by any potential houses to ensure that the look and feel of the neighborhood aligned with our expectations, and she always beat us to the appointment so she could do her own walk of the property before we got there. My Husband & I are first time home owners thanks to Imma! Imma was so helpful throughout the entire process, she knows mount pleasant neighborhoods inside and out!
