Ingrid got her real estate license in 2003 to buy her own investments, then began working with local and international investment clients. She has also handled multinationals’ commercial real estate and facilities since 1999. Ingrid came from a corporate career with WinStar Telecommunications, The Mills Corporation, Marriott International, Lockheed Martin and Urban Concepts, and spent several years working abroad for multinationals in China, South America, Europe, Qatar, and United Arab Emirates. She caters to a very diverse real estate clientele.
Born in Bolivia, Ingrid went to boarding school in the Shenandoah Valley, Virginia and was raised in the Washington, DC area. She earned a B.A. in Urban Planning/Architecture from University of Maryland, and an Executive MBA with a concentration in Finance & Economics from Florida Metropolitan University. Ingrid lives and sells in Old Town, Alexandria, but specializes in the entire Washington Metro Area having been here for over three decades. For fun, she is an equestrian, tango dancer, art collector, nature lover, architecture enthusiast, and avid traveler.
