I lived in st. Petersburg Beach, Florida area for over 32 years, in Pasadena/Gulfport area for the past six years, allowing me the benefit of knowing these areas, neighborhoods, schools, and most importantly the great community we live in. Born in Cuba, raised in Miami, I completed a portion of my undergraduate studies while living in Orlando. I attained my business degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa. Because I have lived in so many cities in Florida, I have a good feel for the different markets in our beautiful state. I'm a mother of two smart and talented girls, Isabella and Sofia. I enjoy most sports and recently took up playing tennis again in St Pete leagues. Kayaking, Stand up boarding and jet skiing seem to be making it's way back into my life this summer. I have a competitive spirit in work and play and will work hard to earn your business.

Has a lot of experience not only as a Realtor but brings a lot to the table since she use to flip houses. When we buying our house she would literally catch roof leaks, code issues, electrical issues etc... that we would have never catch. Hers years of experience help us in negociating our home and in this competitive market was really important for us. Isabel is very knowledgeable and honest. She will tell you the truth and straight to the point. Above all, she will look out for your interests doesn't matter if that means she will receive less income in the end. . I'm from out of states and having someone that I can trust is very important. She has been there to help me even way after we completed the purchase. She is a great resource for finding good contractors at reasonable prices. The fact that I have been referring her to my siblings on real estates transactions speaks volumes of her character.

What impressed us most was her ability to tailor her approach to finding properties which aligned with our "wish list". Too many realtors try to "sell" you on the "why's" one should buy this. Self-serving tactic that Isabel never used. She would always end the day with...think over what we viewed today and let me know what you liked and disliked. A true professional.

Isabel is a great professional realator. She assisted my wife and I in locating a very nice condo in Madeira Beach, FL. She also assisted us in our search to purchase a condo in the St Peat, Treasure Island and Madeira Beach areas.
