About Isabel Arango

Buying and selling homes in the Tampa bay area for over 30 years, I have specialized in VA Loans/Sales, Buyers Agent, Listing Agent, rentals, investment properties and residential markets. I lived in st. Petersburg Beach, Florida area for over 32 years, in Pasadena/Gulfport area for the past six years, allowing me the benefit of knowing these areas, neighborhoods, schools, and most importantly the great community we live in.  Because of my experience, I understand many factors affecting real estate transactions as a Realtor in Pinellas county and Hillsborough county. (USF Graduate Tampa, FL).  

Born in Cuba, raised in Miami, I completed a portion of my undergraduate studies while living in Orlando. I attained my business degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa.  Because I have lived in so many cities in Florida, I have a good feel for the different markets in our beautiful state.  I'm a mother of two smart and talented girls, Isabella and Sofia.  I enjoy most sports and recently took up playing tennis again in St Pete leagues.  Kayaking, Stand up boarding and jet skiing seem to be making it's way back into my life this summer.  I have a competitive spirit in work and play and will work hard to earn your business.
