Isabelle Williams & Associates is GREAT! I picked her from an online search of HUD approved professionals. Two words to describe Isabelle: Transparency and Integrity.

I was first to purchase a HUD home under HUD’s new policies, procedures and new contractors, to include, a unique HUD purchase program. There were so many stakeholders in the mix, from various states, that it was mind boggling to this first-time homebuyer.

Unequivocally, Isabelle’s assertiveness, persistence, professionalism, leadership and expertise held the multiple layers of entities and persons involved in the process accountable. Thanks to Isabelle, I was able to close on schedule: Valentines Day. Instead of sitting at a romantic dinner table with her Valentine, Isabelle was sitting at the closing table with the title company and me.

Isabelle Williams & Associates is a busy operation; nevertheless, Isabelle was always attentive to my phone calls, texts, and emails. In addition, she had an arsenal of highly qualified inspectors, contractors, etc… I highly recommend Isabelle Williams & Associates.

Isabelle is an amazing realtor. She was very easy to work with, incredibly responsive, and she always follows up as expected. She worked diligently to make sure my goals were met. She was flexible, and worked around my scheduled all the time. I couldn't have asked for a better advocate. I would recommend her to anyone, and have recommended her to many.

Isabelle was a pleasure to work with. She gave me good advice on what I should do and more importantly I should not do towards getting my house ready to put on the market. The photographer she used created beautiful photos for the website. She pushed me to list my house at higher than I thought was appropriate but I'm so glad she did. I had an two offers in the first 3 days and ended up selling it for $2k higher than the listing price.

I have been dealing with Isabelle for the last year. She has been very helpful and helping me to getting my property to closing. I cannot say enough about what an ally and advocate Isabelle Williams has been in this whole process! This has been a complicated and at times frustrating deal, but Isabelle has never lost faith and has consistently restored mine. From the start, she had a great eye for helping me determine and find what I wanted. Her insight as to where I stood in the market proved right on target. Additionally, she is very familiar with the down payment assistance programs, including HPAP and EAHP that I needed in order to afford the home. In the last two months, Isabelle has remained in close communication with me and regularly advocated on my behalf to HPAP. She was extremely helpful in negotiating with the sellers, procuring documents from all parties and getting us through all of the HPAP inspection hoops. She has consistently gone above and beyond and I would recommend her to anyone, especially first time homebuyers.

I met Ms. Isabelle Williams about 10 years ago when I was considering selling my house. By the grace of GOD, I was fortunate enough to do major renovations and I decided to keep it. My experience with Ms. Williams was so confident that I kept her card and telephone number in my phone and rolodex. When I found out that my aunt was moving and was considering selling her home, I immediately contacted Ms. Williams and ask her to talk to my aunt. My aunt is 71 years old and has been fooled by alot of people and she doesn't trust anyone. After my aunt spoke to Ms. Williams, she was very comfortable in hiring her as her agent. Ms. Williams sold my aunt's house in less then 2 months, maybe shorter. I would recommend Ms. Williams to any seller or buyer on any given day!!!
